Vance & Hines Supersport PCX 2-1 Exhaust Overview
The Supersport PCX features a mid-length 2-into-1 design that brings both exhaust headers together through a collector before exiting through a single muffler. This configuration is popular among performance-focused Harley riders because the collector and exhaust system design can influence torque delivery, throttle response, and overall engine performance.
Unlike traditional long exhaust systems, the Supersport uses a compact, race-inspired profile that complements the styling of modern Milwaukee-Eight Softail motorcycles.
Key features include:
- PCX (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology
- Chambered high-flow catalyst cartridge designed to enhance torque
- High-grade 304 stainless steel construction
- Brushed stainless steel finish
- Hand TIG-welded components
- Mid-length 2-into-1 exhaust configuration
- 4-inch muffler with classic racing badge and distinctive outlet
- Made in the USA
- 49-state emissions compliance
The result is an exhaust designed for riders who want a performance-oriented system without sacrificing the clean appearance of their Softail.
Currently our Low Rider S has the Star Racing M28 cam paired with the HPI throttle body and Air Cleaner. We also used the ThunderMax ECM to tune it. We like using this ECM to get bikes running right, it utilizes wide-band oxygen sensors and works as a closed-loop control system to continuously self-adjust and properly tune the motorcycle’s air/fuel ratio.
Our 2025 Harley Softail Dyno Results
After getting the bike dialed in, we ran it on the Dyno. Our final SAE numbers came out with 123 HP / 127 TQ
If comparing results with another exhaust, it's important to account for differences in engine configuration, tuning, correction factors, and testing conditions.
