The shop 2025 Low Rider S build is finally complete and we are ready to start our exhaust testing. First one up on the list is the Bassani Short Ripper 2-1 Exhaust. This exhaust has a stainless finish and is made to fit 2018-2025 Harley Softail models.

We already installed a Star Racing M28 Cam and HPI throttle body and Air Cleaner. We used the ThunderMax ECM to tune the bike. We later ran the bike on the Dyno to get the final tune and HP / TQ numbers. 

Bassani makes top quality pipes and this one is no exception. We like the short Megaphone muffler style of this pipe, plus the stainless finish will give it character over time as it heats and cools. 

After the bike was finished being Dyno tuned, the final Dyno pulls compare the stock setup to the current setup with exhaust, cam, air cleaner and ThunderMax ECM. Chart is below. 

The Red line on the chart represents the Low Rider S as a stock 117" High Output setup and the pull was done in Harleys "Sport Mode" option. Red Line numbers: HP 102 / TQ 116

The Blue line with M28 Cam, Bassani Ripper Exhaust, HPI Air Cleaner and ThunderMax ECM. Blue Line numbers: 124 HP / 132 TQ.
