Shipping & Handling

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Each purchase shipping within the continental United States includes fast, Free Standard Shipping.

For Expedited shipping options, please give us a call. We can provide you with rates and availability.

International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee, unless store credit is chosen. (When you cancel an order, we are still responsible for paying the processing fees).

45 Day Return Policy

  • Returns must be in new, unused condition and include all original product boxes or packaging with all tags still attached.
  • If the item was shrink-wrapped or sealed then it must also be unopened.
  • There is a 5% restocking fee on all returns unless Store Credit is chosen
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 working days after we receive the item back.

If you need to return an item, please reach out to Customer Service via email or phone and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You are responsible for all shipping costs involved with getting your item back to us. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Despite our best efforts, few Products on this Site may be mispriced. If a Product 's correct price is higher than its stated price, Get Lowered, LLC will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
