This top clamp is ONLY required if you have a set of Thrashin OG Risers on your bike and need the "Updated" top clamp which includes two 1/4-20" drilled holes on the underside. The drilled holes allows you to mount the new TSC gauge relocation mount. Check your setup before ordering.
