Give your Milwaukee-Eight Softail a balanced combination of aggressive styling, strong street performance and deep exhaust tone with the SP Concepts Mid Length Elsinore Exhaust. Designed for riders who want a performance-focused 2-into-1 system without going excessively short or long, the Elsinore uses a mid-length muffler configuration paired with stepped stainless steel headers for excellent power delivery across the usable RPM range.

The Elsinore features a 4" high-flow performance cone that transitions into a 4" muffler body with a large 2-1/2" perforated-core baffle. This high-flow design is engineered to increase bottom-to-midrange torque and horsepower while providing enough exhaust capacity for heavily modified Milwaukee-Eight engines. When properly tuned, SP Concepts rates the system for engine combinations ranging from 88" through 143".

The headers are constructed from heavy-duty .065" stainless steel and step from 1-3/4" to 1-7/8" and then to 2" at the collector. This progressive header design helps maintain exhaust velocity while increasing flow capacity as exhaust gases move toward the collector, making the Elsinore well suited for stock motorcycles as well as cammed and big-bore M8 builds.

For riders looking to extract additional performance, optional Pro Flo Chambers are available. These chambers are designed to assist with the exhaust reversion and expansion process, helping improve torque and horsepower while giving the system an unmistakable custom appearance.

Every Elsinore system is hand TIG welded from top to bottom and features machined stainless steel header collars. The system uses 18mm O2 sensor bungs and includes 12mm adapters, allowing compatibility with stock oxygen sensors or applicable wideband and autotune sensors.

Choose from Stainless, Black, Polished, Black ONYX or Platinum finishes. The exhaust is also available with or without Pro Flo Headers and with the appropriate Low Rider ST configuration.

Fitment

Fits 2018-2026 Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight Softail models except Breakout and Fat Boy.

2026 Models: Designed to fit the updated 2026 Harley-Davidson Softail platform, including Low Rider ST models with the updated cam cover configuration.

Does Not Fit: Harley-Davidson Breakout or Fat Boy models.
