S&S Billet Clutch Basket for 2007-2017 Harley Big Twin

Upgrade the clutch system in your Harley-Davidson Twin Cam with the S&S Billet Clutch Basket. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory clutch basket, the S&S 560-0470 is precision CNC machined from solid billet aluminum and engineered to handle more than 200 lb-ft of torque, making it an excellent choice for high-output street bikes, big-inch builds and drag-race applications.

One of the biggest improvements over the factory basket is S&S's integrated stainless steel wear liner system. The stainless inserts protect the basket fingers from the clutch plate notching commonly found on stock aluminum baskets. Preventing those grooves helps the clutch plates move more freely, resulting in smoother engagement, improved clutch modulation and a more consistent feel at the lever.

The stainless steel wear liners also provide significantly greater durability than bare aluminum or hard-anodized aluminum basket surfaces. Integrated carbon-steel threaded inserts further strengthen critical mounting points for improved reliability under repeated high-load use.

S&S designed the billet basket to work with clutch packs intended for the stock basket, so riders can retain an OEM-style clutch pack or upgrade to a performance setup such as the Rekluse TorqDrive. The basket also improves primary sprocket and primary chain alignment compared with the factory configuration.

Designed for compatible Harley-Davidson 6-speed Twin Cam Big Twin models using the factory-style clutch basket configuration.

Dyna: Fits compatible 2006-2017 Twin Cam Dyna models including Street Bob, Low Rider, Low Rider S, Fat Bob, Wide Glide, Super Glide, Super Glide Custom and Switchback applications.

Softail: Fits compatible 2007-2017 Twin Cam Softail models including Fat Boy, Heritage Softail Classic, Softail Deluxe, Softail Slim, Breakout, Night Train, Rocker, Cross Bones and related applications.

Touring: Fits compatible 2007-2016 Twin Cam Touring models including Road Glide, Street Glide, Road King, Electra Glide, Ultra Classic, Ultra Limited and related CVO applications.

Trike: Fits compatible Twin Cam-powered Trike applications using the corresponding factory clutch basket.

Important: 2017 Touring models use the Milwaukee-Eight engine and require the appropriate M8 clutch basket rather than this Twin Cam version.
