PBI .750" Offset Transmission Sprocket for Harley-Davidson

Set up your Harley-Davidson chain conversion with a high-strength PBI .750" Offset Transmission Sprocket. Designed for compatible Harley-Davidson Big Twin and Sportster applications, these mainshaft sprockets provide the additional offset needed for wide-tire, custom wheel and chain-drive conversion setups while maintaining precise chain alignment.

PBI CNC-machines these sprockets from premium 8620 nickel-chromoly steel for excellent strength and durability. Each sprocket is case hardened for increased wear resistance and finished with electroless nickel plating to help protect against corrosion while providing added lubricity at the chain contact surface.

All four options feature a .750" total offset and are designed for use with 530 chain. Choose from 21, 22, 23 or 24 teeth to tailor the final-drive gearing to your motorcycle and riding style. A lower tooth count generally produces shorter gearing and stronger acceleration, while a higher tooth count provides taller gearing and can reduce engine RPM at cruising speed when the rear sprocket remains unchanged.

The sprockets are also drilled and tapped to accept a compatible late-model transmission sprocket lock plate, making them a versatile choice for performance Harley-Davidson builds, chain conversions and custom wide-tire applications.

Fitment

1999-2006 Harley-Davidson Twin Cam Big Twin: Designed for compatible 5-speed models using a chain-drive conversion.

1991-2006 Harley-Davidson Sportster: Fits compatible XL applications using the appropriate 530 chain-drive configuration.

1986-1993 Harley-Davidson Big Twin: Can also be used on compatible models when installed with the required OEM-style mainshaft spacer, seal and O-ring.

Important: 1986-1993 Big Twin applications require OEM #33344-94 mainshaft spacer, OEM #12067A seal and OEM #11165 O-ring or equivalent components.

Note: These are .750" total-offset mainshaft sprockets intended for 530 chain applications. Offset is measured from the surface that rests against the mainshaft bearing to the inside edge of the sprocket teeth. Verify the required chain line, transmission configuration and sprocket tooth count for your motorcycle before ordering.
