JIMS Transmission Sprocket Spacer for 1994-2006 Harley Big Twin

Replace a worn or damaged transmission sprocket spacer with the JIMS Transmission Sprocket Spacer for late-1994 through 2006 Harley-Davidson Big Twin models. Manufactured as a high-quality replacement for the factory-style spacer, JIMS Part #33344-94 provides the proper sealing surface between the transmission drive components and mainshaft seal.

The spacer features a smooth precision-finished surface designed to promote longer transmission seal life and help prevent oil leakage around the main drive gear area. With a .600" length, it is designed for compatible Harley-Davidson 5-speed transmissions as well as applicable aftermarket 6-speed transmissions using the late-style pulley and seal configuration.

This spacer is especially useful during transmission service, pulley or sprocket replacement, chain conversion work or whenever the existing spacer shows wear, grooving or damage at the seal contact surface. Replacing a worn spacer along with the transmission seal helps provide a clean sealing surface and reduces the chance of future transmission oil leaks.
