At first glance you’ll notice the Speed and Strength Soul Shaker Moto Shoes feature a versatile style great for daytime riding or nights out on the town. Let's first break down the construction - The Soul Shakers are constructed of top grain leather uppers in either brown or black. The styling is pretty simple and the leather should be dense enough to give riders some protection if they go down. Both the toes of the shoe and the ankles are reinforced to provide extra stability. Internally, you'll find a polyester mesh lining that will allow your feet to breath while also enjoy some substantial cushioning for comfort. An anti-slip rubber outsole completes things and Speed and Strength made sure to make it a more rigid rubber construction compared to your average ultra-flexible sneaker. These are a definite step up from your typical tennis shoe, while still maintaining a more everyday look compared to a standard motorcycle boot.

Now on to the style of the Soul Shakers. Plenty of riders don't want the bulk or the look of a traditional motorcycle boot, which is where the moto shoe steps in to give the best of both worlds - protection and more typical sneaker style. We've been looking at the distressed black style, but they're also available in a slightly more buttoned up brown leather look that could work well for commuters who want a shoe that will work well on the bike or in the office. While the overall design of the Soul Shaker is pretty straightforward, Speed and Strength does mix it up with the laces, featuring a slightly offset design with their under cover lacing system that should keep your laces from catching on your bike while adding a unique look.

You'll find that the Soul Shakers aren't available in half sizes and if you're in between we'd recommend ordering a size down from your typical size. For example, if you're usually a 10.5, pickup a 10. The shoes are roomy so will easily accommodate thicker winter socks if that's what you opt for.
