Muller Power Easy Clutch 2.0 for Harley Models
Make Your Harley Clutch Nearly 45% Easier to Pull
A heavy clutch can get old quickly, especially in stop-and-go traffic, during low-speed riding, or on longer days in the saddle. The Muller Power Easy Clutch 2.0 is designed to significantly reduce clutch lever effort on cable-operated Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight models while retaining a positive, predictable engagement point. Depending on bike, you will need to verify fitment for your bike.
Muller claims approximately a 45% reduction in clutch pull effort with the Power Clutch 2.0. The system replaces the factory clutch release ramp mechanism with Muller's revised geometry, reducing the amount of hand force required to disengage the clutch.
Muller Power Clutch 2.0 Features
The Power Clutch 2.0 isn't simply an extended clutch arm. It replaces the OEM clutch release ramp assembly with Muller's redesigned release mechanism. The included Muller Clutch Control also replaces the factory cable adjustment mechanism, providing a more precise way to set clutch cable free play.
Key features include:
- Approximately 45% easier clutch lever operation
- More defined and controllable clutch engagement
- Replaces the OEM inner/outer clutch ramp mechanism
- No drilling or additional spacers required
- Completely hidden once installed
- Lifetime manufacturer's warranty
The included Muller Clutch Control also replaces the factory cable adjustment mechanism, providing a more precise way to set clutch cable free play.
Fitment
The Muller Power Easy Clutch 2.0 fits applicable 2017-2026 Harley-Davidson Big Twin models equipped with a cable-operated clutch.
It is not compatible with hydraulic clutch systems or Revolution Max models. Muller also specifies that it is not compatible with most aftermarket adjustable clutch levers unless the lever provides the necessary travel. Always verify your exact year and model before ordering.
Installation
Muller recommends having the Power Clutch 2.0 installed by an authorized or qualified motorcycle technician on Milwaukee-Eight models. If you do decide to tackle this yourself, refer to the Muller instructions and the Harley-Davidson factory service manual for model-specific procedures and torque specifications.
Is the Muller Power Clutch 2.0 Worth It?
For riders who spend a lot of time in traffic, ride aggressively with frequent clutch use, have increased clutch spring pressure, or simply want a lighter clutch lever, the Power Clutch 2.0 is a noticeable upgrade.
Unlike changing to a weaker clutch spring, the Muller system reduces clutch lever effort by altering the mechanical advantage of the release system. That allows you to retain your existing clutch pack and spring setup while making the lever substantially easier to operate.
The biggest difference is simple: every clutch pull takes less effort.
On a performance Harley, touring bike, or daily-ridden Milwaukee-Eight, that's an upgrade you'll notice every single time you ride.
