James Gaskets Transmission Sprocket Oil Seal for Harley-Davidson
Stop transmission oil leaks and restore a proper seal at the main drive gear with the James Gaskets Transmission Sprocket Oil Seal. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory-style seal, JGI-12067-A is used on compatible Harley-Davidson Big Twin and Sportster transmissions to seal the transmission sprocket or pulley spacer at the main drive gear.
The transmission sprocket seal is a common service item whenever the transmission pulley, sprocket or main drive gear area is disassembled. Over time, heat, mileage and wear at the spacer sealing surface can cause the original seal to harden or deteriorate, allowing transmission oil to leak behind the front pulley or sprocket.
James Gaskets specializes in replacement sealing components for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and manufactures this seal to provide a dependable OEM-style fit. It is an excellent choice during routine transmission service, pulley replacement or chain conversion work, particularly when installing a new transmission sprocket spacer such as OEM/JIMS #33344-94.

Harley-Davidson Big Twin: Fits compatible late-1994 through 2006 Big Twin models equipped with the applicable 5-speed transmission.
Harley-Davidson Sportster: Fits compatible 1995-2005 XL Sportster models using the corresponding transmission sprocket seal configuration.
OEM Replacement: Replaces Harley-Davidson OEM #12067 / 12067A.
