Upgrade the rear braking performance and appearance of your Harley-Davidson with the Galfer 11.5" Rear Solid Mount Wave Brake Rotor. Designed as a direct replacement for compatible factory rear brake rotors, the DF682W combines Galfer's signature Wave profile with premium materials and precision manufacturing for predictable braking, improved modulation and dependable stopping performance.

Galfer manufactures the DF682W from high-carbon 420 stainless steel that is laser cut rather than stamped for precise dimensions and consistent quality. Each rotor is individually heat treated and double-disc parallel ground to create a flat, uniform braking surface while helping the rotor withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles.

The patented Wave design creates additional leading and trailing edges across the brake pad surface while increasing exposed perimeter area for improved heat dissipation. The design also reduces unnecessary rotating and unsprung mass compared to many conventional full-round rotors, making it an excellent upgrade for both restored and performance-oriented Harley-Davidson builds.

Fitment

Fits select Harley-Davidson models equipped with the compatible early-style 11.5" rear brake rotor mounting configuration.

Sportster: Fits select 1986-1999 Sportster models including compatible XLH 883, XLH 1100, XLH 1200, 883 Hugger, 883 Custom, 1200 Custom and 1200 Sport applications.

Dyna: Fits select early Dyna applications through 1999 including compatible Super Glide, Low Rider, Convertible and Wide Glide models.

FXR: Fits select FXR, Low Rider, Low Rider Sport, Low Rider Convertible and Sport Glide applications equipped with the compatible rear rotor setup.

Softail: Fits select pre-2000 Softail applications including compatible Fat Boy, Heritage Softail Classic, Softail Custom, Softail Standard, Springer and Night Train models.
