Upgrade the front braking performance and appearance of your Harley-Davidson with the EBC FSD009BLK Floating Front Brake Rotor. Designed for compatible Harley-Davidson models using an 11.5" wide-band front rotor, the FSD009BLK combines a premium stainless steel braking surface with a black chrome-over-stainless center carrier for a clean performance look.

The fully floating design allows the outer braking ring to expand and contract independently of the center carrier as temperatures change. This helps maintain consistent pad contact, reduces stress caused by thermal expansion and lowers the potential for brake vibration or rotor distortion during repeated braking and heat cycles.

EBC uses its SD square-drive button system to connect the braking ring to the carrier. The flat-sided drive surfaces allow controlled movement between the rotor blade and center hub while transferring braking force efficiently. The FSD009BLK uses five floating buttons to reduce unnecessary rotating weight while retaining the benefits of a fully floating brake rotor.

The outer braking ring is manufactured from heat-treated and tempered stainless steel and precision ground for a smooth, consistent braking surface. A black chrome finish over the stainless steel center hub provides increased visual contrast and makes the rotor an excellent choice for blacked-out, performance and custom Harley-Davidson builds.

Fitment

Fits select Harley-Davidson Sportster and Big Twin models equipped with the compatible 11.5" front rotor, standard five-bolt mounting flange, 50.6mm center bore and wide-band OEM-style brake caliper configuration.

Touring: Fits select 1984-1999 Electra Glide, Tour Glide, Road King and Road Glide models equipped with the compatible front brake and wheel configuration.

Dyna: Fits select 1991-1999 Dyna models including compatible Dyna Sturgis, Dyna Daytona, Dyna Glide Custom, Low Rider, Super Glide, Super Glide Sport, Convertible and Wide Glide applications.

FXR: Fits select FXR applications including compatible Super Glide, Low Rider, Sport Glide and related models. Also fits select later FXR2, FXR3 and FXR4 applications using the compatible front rotor configuration.

Softail: Fits select 1984-1999 Softail applications including compatible Softail Standard, Softail Custom, Fat Boy, Heritage Softail, Heritage Softail Classic, Heritage Springer, Springer Softail and Night Train models. Also fits select 2000-2005 Softail Springer applications.

Sportster: Fits select 1984-1999 Sportster models equipped with the compatible 11.5" front rotor and speedometer-notch hub configuration.

Important: This rotor belongs to EBC Disc Group 002, which is designed for compatible Sportster and Big Twin applications using the speedometer-notch rotor configuration.

Note: Harley-Davidson used multiple wheel hubs, center bores, brake calipers and rotor configurations throughout these years. Verify rotor diameter, 50.6mm center bore, five-bolt mounting pattern and brake track width before ordering. Dual-disc motorcycles require one rotor per side.
