Important Fitment Note: The PV4-15-02 is designed for compatible Harley-Davidson CAN-Bus ECM systems using the appropriate 6-pin diagnostic connector. Fitment is determined by the motorcycle's ECM and communication system, not model year alone. Verify your exact year and model before ordering.

2021 and Newer Touring / Softail Models: Most 2021 and newer Milwaukee-Eight Touring and Softail motorcycles use a different ECM communication system and require a different Power Vision 4 configuration, such as PV4-15-03, where supported.

Not Compatible With: Harley-Davidson motorcycles requiring the older J1850 diagnostic interface, Revolution Max models, or other applications not supported by this specific PV4 part number.

Dynojet AutoTune & QuickTune

Dynojet has expanded the Power Vision 4 platform with AutoTune and QuickTune capabilities for supported motorcycles. These features provide additional control over engine calibration and help riders refine their tuning setup.

• Basic AutoTune: Uses compatible factory narrowband oxygen sensors to collect correction data and refine supported volumetric efficiency (VE) tables.
• AutoTune Pro: Supports advanced tuning with a compatible Dynojet AutoTune wideband oxygen sensor module, sold separately.
• Target Tune: Supports compatible Target Tune wideband oxygen sensor hardware for enhanced closed-loop tuning capabilities, where available.
• QuickTune: Provides access to supported calibration settings such as EITMS, active compression release, vehicle speed settings, and other available functions depending on the motorcycle.

Important: Dynojet currently specifies that the AutoTune and QuickTune additions are available on iOS. Standard PV4 tuning functions support compatible Apple and Android devices. Availability of individual features depends on motorcycle compatibility, app version, and installed tuning hardware.

How the Power Vision 4 Works

1. Download the Dynojet Power Vision 4 app to your compatible smartphone.
2. Connect the PV4 module to your motorcycle's 6-pin diagnostic port.
3. Turn on the ignition and connect to the device using Bluetooth.
4. Create or sign into your Dynojet account.
5. Select an available tune compatible with your motorcycle and installed modifications.
6. Follow the app instructions to back up the factory calibration and flash the selected tune.
7. Complete the required ignition reset procedure before operating the motorcycle.

The PV4 does not need to remain plugged into the motorcycle after the ECM has been successfully flashed. Reconnect the device whenever you need to load a different tune, review diagnostic information, or record engine data.

Custom Tuning & Additional Vehicle Licenses

The Dynojet Power Vision 4 supports both available Dynojet calibrations and custom tuning services through authorized tuning professionals. Custom calibrations can be developed using Dynojet Power Core software and transferred through Dynojet's cloud-based tuning system.

One vehicle tuning license is included with the device. Additional motorcycles require separately purchased tuning licenses. A single included license does not authorize unlimited ECU flashing across multiple motorcycles.

Tune Availability: Dynojet's downloadable tune library does not guarantee that an appropriate calibration exists for every possible engine combination. Custom engine builds and unusual aftermarket configurations may require a professionally developed tune.

Important Ordering & Return Information

Manufacturer Returns: Dynojet Power Vision product warranty adjustments and manufacturer-related service requests must be handled through Dynojet Research as applicable.

Get Lowered Cycles Return Policy: Fuel tuners are not eligible for return or exchange after the retail package has been opened. Returns or exchanges are accepted only when the product is brand new, factory sealed, and in its original retail packaging, subject to the store's applicable return policy.

Emissions Compliance

Dynojet identifies CARB Executive Order D-619-14 for PV4-15-02 covering certain 2017-2020 Harley-Davidson Touring and 2018-2020 Softail applications. This exemption does not automatically extend to every compatible motorcycle, calibration, or engine modification.
