Burly Brand 1" Rear Lowering Kit for 2004 Harley Sportster

Give your 2004 Harley-Davidson Sportster a lower, more aggressive stance with the Burly Brand Rear Lowering Kit. Designed to relocate the lower rear shock mounting points, this bolt-on kit lowers the rear of the motorcycle approximately 1" while allowing you to retain compatible OEM or aftermarket stock-length shocks.

The powder-coated black steel brackets provide a clean, durable installation while helping reduce seat height for easier balancing and a more planted feel at stops. All necessary mounting hardware is included for installation.

Fitment

Fits select 2004 Harley-Davidson Sportster non-C models including:

• XL883 Sportster
• XL883R Sportster Roadster
• XL1200R Sportster Roadster

Does Not Fit: XL883C Sportster Custom or XL1200C Sportster Custom models.

Important: Designed for use with OEM or compatible aftermarket stock-length shocks and the OEM tire size. Do not use with shorty, low-profile or already-lowered shocks.

Clearance Note: After installation, check tire-to-fender, belt, exhaust, frame, shock-to-saddlebag and sidestand clearance before riding. Lowering the motorcycle changes available suspension and ground clearance.
