Burly Brand 1" Rear Lowering Kit for 2000-2003 Harley Sportster

Give your Harley-Davidson Sportster a lower, more aggressive stance with the Burly Brand 1" Rear Lowering Kit. Designed for select 2000-2003 XL Sportster models, this bolt-on kit relocates the lower shock mounting points to lower the rear of the motorcycle approximately 1" while retaining compatible stock-length rear shocks.

Lowering the rear can reduce effective seat height, improve confidence at stops and give the motorcycle a more planted custom appearance. The black lowering brackets are designed for straightforward installation using the included mounting hardware.

Fitment

Fits select 2000-2003 Harley-Davidson Sportster models including:

• 2000-2003 XLH883 Sportster 883
• 2000-2003 XLH1200 Sportster 1200
• 2002-2003 XL883R Sportster 883R

Does Not Fit: Sport, Deluxe, Custom, Hugger, Nightster or Low models.

Important: Designed for use with Harley-Davidson OEM shocks and OEM tire size. Do not use with lowered or shorty rear shocks.

Clearance Note: Lowering the motorcycle reduces available suspension and ground clearance. Check tire-to-fender, exhaust, belt, sidestand and chassis clearance after installation.
