Keep your Harley-Davidson turn signals operating correctly after installing LED or lower-draw aftermarket lighting with the Badlands LE-01 Turn Signal Load Equalizer. Designed for compatible 1991-1999 Harley-Davidson motorcycles, the LE-01 restores the electrical load expected by the factory turn signal system to help prevent rapid flashing and improper self-canceling operation.

When factory incandescent turn signals are replaced with LEDs or smaller aftermarket lights, the reduced amperage draw can cause the motorcycle's turn signal module to react as though a bulb has failed. The Badlands LE-01 adds the necessary load back into the circuit, allowing the factory self-canceling turn signal system to function properly.

The LE-01 is a hardwired economy-style module designed for straightforward installation. It connects into the left and right turn signal circuits and grounds directly to the battery or chassis. The required splice connectors and ring terminal are included for installation.

Because the LE-01 creates electrical resistance to simulate the original lighting load, the module will generate heat during operation. It should be mounted away from plastic components, wire looms and other heat-sensitive materials. The LE-01 is intended for normal turn signal operation and only extremely limited emergency use of the four-way flashers.

Designed for compatible 1991-1999 Harley-Davidson motorcycles with factory-style turn signal systems.

Touring: Fits select 1991-1999 Electra Glide, Tour Glide, Road King and Road Glide models equipped with compatible turn signal electronics.

Dyna: Fits select 1991-1999 Dyna models including Super Glide, Low Rider, Wide Glide and Dyna Convertible applications.

Softail: Fits select 1991-1999 Softail models including Fat Boy, Heritage Softail Classic, Softail Custom, Softail Standard, Softail Springer, Heritage Springer and related applications.

Sportster: Fits select 1991-1999 Sportster 883 and 1200 models equipped with compatible turn signal systems.

Note: This is a hardwired load equalizer and requires splicing into the motorcycle's turn signal wiring. Verify your motorcycle's wiring and turn signal system before installation.
