Arlen Ness Carbon Fiber Side Covers for Harley-Davidson Softail
Give your Harley-Davidson Softail a clean performance-inspired upgrade with the Arlen Ness Carbon Fiber Side Covers. Designed as direct replacements for the factory side covers, these lightweight carbon fiber panels add aggressive styling while maintaining OEM-style fitment and body lines.
Each cover is constructed from premium 3K pre-preg carbon fiber for excellent strength, low weight and a consistent carbon weave. Unlike conventional fiberglass tooling, Arlen Ness uses CNC-machined billet aluminum molds to maintain precise shape, alignment and repeatable fitment from one part to the next.
A deep high-gloss clear coat highlights the carbon weave while adding UV-resistant protection designed to help prevent fading and discoloration over time. The result is a premium carbon fiber finish that complements performance-oriented Low Rider S, Low Rider ST, Street Bob, Breakout, Fat Boy and other Milwaukee-Eight Softail builds.
The side covers are engineered around factory specifications for a direct bolt-on installation without cutting, drilling or modification. Both left and right side covers are included.
