SP Concepts Pro Flo Headers for Harley-Davidson M8 Softail & Touring
Upgrade your existing SP Concepts exhaust system with SP Concepts Pro Flo Headers. Designed for riders who already have a compatible SPC Big Bore, Mid Length Elsinore or Full Length Turnpike exhaust, the Pro Flo header system adds SPC's distinctive expansion chambers to help improve exhaust reversion characteristics, increase performance and give your Harley-Davidson an unmistakable custom look.
The Pro Flo chambers are engineered to aid the exhaust reversion and expansion process while also helping with exhaust valve cooling. According to SP Concepts, the Pro Flo design can improve torque and horsepower throughout the powerband compared with the corresponding standard SPC header configuration, making it a strong upgrade for performance-focused Milwaukee-Eight builds.
In addition to the performance benefits, the Pro Flo chambers create a highly distinctive appearance that immediately separates the system from a conventional 2-into-1 exhaust. Available in multiple finishes, the headers can be matched to the existing SPC muffler and overall style of your motorcycle.
Important: These headers are designed specifically to mate with an existing SP Concepts muffler from the same motorcycle platform and exhaust family. They are not universal or interchangeable between different SPC systems. If your motorcycle currently has a Big Bore exhaust, select Big Bore Pro Flo Headers. If you have an Elsinore exhaust, select Elsinore Pro Flo Headers. Turnpike systems require the matching Turnpike Pro Flo Headers.

Harley-Davidson Softail: SP Concepts currently lists Pro Flo Header options for 2018-2025 Milwaukee-Eight Softail applications.
Harley-Davidson Touring / Bagger: SP Concepts currently lists Pro Flo Header options for 2017-2025 Milwaukee-Eight Touring applications.
Big Bore: Must be used with the matching SP Concepts Big Bore muffler for the same motorcycle platform.
Mid Length Elsinore: Must be used with the matching SP Concepts Mid Length Elsinore muffler for the same motorcycle platform.
Full Length Turnpike: Must be used with the matching SP Concepts Full Length Turnpike muffler for the same motorcycle platform.
Important: Big Bore, Elsinore and Turnpike Pro Flo Headers are not interchangeable. Select the header system that matches your existing SP Concepts exhaust.
Fitment Note: Due to normal manufacturing and heat-cycle variations in stainless steel tubing, minor fitment differences can occasionally occur between an existing muffler and a replacement header assembly. SP Concepts notes that headers can be re-swaged if necessary to properly mate with an existing muffler.
