Combine serious Milwaukee-Eight performance with hand-built custom fabrication using the SP Concepts Mid Length Works Edition Elsinore Exhaust. Designed for riders who want more than a conventional 2-into-1 system, the Works Edition pairs a high-flow 4.5" muffler with individually pie-cut stainless steel headers that are purge TIG welded by hand for a distinctive race-inspired appearance.

The defining feature of the Works Edition is its handcrafted header construction. Each stainless steel section is precisely pie cut and welded back together by hand at the SP Concepts facility in Lake Elsinore, California. The process produces the segmented, motorsports-inspired look associated with high-end custom exhaust fabrication while retaining the performance characteristics of SPC's stepped-header design.

The system uses a 4.5" high-flow rolled-cone muffler with an internal baffle that steps from 2-1/4" to 2-1/2". This combination is engineered to increase bottom-to-midrange torque and horsepower while providing enough exhaust flow for serious Milwaukee-Eight performance builds. When properly tuned, SP Concepts states that the system can accommodate engines ranging from 88" through 143".

Heavy-duty .065" stainless steel headers step from 1-3/4" to 1-7/8" and then to 2" at the collector. The stepped design helps maintain exhaust velocity at lower engine speeds while increasing flow capacity as exhaust demand rises, making the system suitable for stock-displacement motorcycles as well as cammed and big-bore M8 combinations.

The exhaust features machined stainless steel header collars, 18mm oxygen sensor bungs and included 12mm adapters, allowing compatibility with stock O2 sensors or applicable wideband and autotune systems. A complete mounting hardware kit is included for installation.

Choose from Stainless, Black ONYX or Platinum finishes. A specific Low Rider ST configuration is also available for proper fitment on FXLRST models.

Fits most 2018-2026 Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight Softail models.

Compatible Models: Fits applicable Street Bob, Low Rider, Low Rider S, Low Rider ST, Sport Glide, Softail Standard, Heritage Classic, Softail Slim and other compatible Milwaukee-Eight Softail models within the listed year range.

2026 Models: Designed to fit the updated 2026 Harley-Davidson Softail platform, including Low Rider ST models equipped with the updated cam cover.

Does Not Fit: Harley-Davidson Breakout or Fat Boy models.
