HPi External Breather System – V2 Air Cleaner Add On
The HPi External Breather System is designed as an add on upgrade for the HPi V2 air cleaner kits. It helps control oil mist and keeps the intake tract cleaner by routing crankcase pressure through a dedicated external breather setup instead of back into the motor.

Fitment
- Manufactured to fit HPi V2 air cleaner kits.
- Fuel injected models only.
- M8 models – fits 2017 to 2023 Gen I Milwaukee Eight and is not compatible with 2023.5 and 2024 and later center cooled models.
Installation Notes
The system installs by threading the stainless inserts into the heads, positioning the spacers, mounting the backing plate and routing the included hose as part of an external breather layout. A 9/16 inch wrench is used on the insert flats during install. Follow HPi torque and thread locker recommendations when installing into the heads.
