New Black Brand offers Motorcycle Jackets, Gloves, Helmets for Cruiser Market

2 minute read

The Black Brand is an entirely new brand of motorcycle clothing that at its core is centered around quality cruiser gear. Rather than attempt to make a product for any and everyone, Black Brand instead targeted a specific market.

“We refuse to be all things to everyone,” they proclaim. With a goal of making apparel for those in the mid-level market, the company aims to find the perfect mix of quality and value.

Black Brand Jackets

You’ll find the Black Brand paid special attention to comfort and the seemingly small details that can sometimes make all the difference in fit and function. Things like adding a riveted leather strap to jackets for easy hanging. They also added jacket liners that snap securely back into place. Hip zippers on all women’s jackets prevent them from riding up. Plus, there are plenty of pockets to make these jackets useful for all the stuff you’re lugging around from Point A to Point B.

Black Brand Gloves

The Black Brand’s motorcycle gloves offer a range of styles at solid value. From shorty options like the Bare Knuckle Shorty and Brawler Shorty to fully protective gloves like their Pinstripe Black and Protector gloves, the company isn’t afraid to mix it up with different designs. They even offer distressed style with their Vintage Knuckle Gloves – available in full or Shorty options.

As for helmets, the Black Brand keeps it simple with two options, both DOT approved. It’s not everyday you find a DOT approved half helmet, but the Cheater .50 fits the bill. With special care taken not to give the ‘mushroom head’ appearance, this helmet is available for both men and women. The ¾ version of the Cheater .75 is also available for riders.

They've got vests and chaps available for men and women as well. It's an impressive start for a new brand and most pieces should be available for riders to get their hands on this March.
