The roll top Closure and Snap/Velcro Road Shield system keeps the wind and elements out while the adjustable yoke center section can be widened or narrowed to fit over your fender on almost any bike via laces. Speed buckles and Burly logo embossed button snaps with the “Anti-Flail Snap System” keep everything secure on the road.
