So They no longer loctite the bolts. They do not warranty levers coming apart due to neglect of not applying loctite. It is the responsibility of the installer to loctite all fasteners on the levers.  If you do not ever plan on taking them back apart, use red. If you do plan on taking them apart again, use blue loctite.
