BAKER Drivetrain Hardened Transmission Sprocket Spacer for Harley-Davidson

Upgrade a common wear point in your Harley-Davidson transmission with the BAKER Drivetrain Hardened Transmission Sprocket Spacer. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory #33344-94 spacer, the BAKER 33344-94S uses case-hardened steel to provide significantly improved resistance to wear at the transmission seal surface.

Over time, dirt, grit, mileage and constant contact with the transmission seal can wear a groove into the softer factory spacer. Once the sealing surface becomes grooved, the seal can lose proper contact and allow transmission oil to leak around the sprocket or pulley area.

BAKER addresses this problem by manufacturing the 33344-94S from case-hardened steel with a Rockwell C hardness of 55. The hardened and polished sealing surface is designed to resist grooving and provide a durable surface for the transmission oil seal to ride against.

This spacer is an excellent upgrade during transmission service, pulley replacement, sprocket replacement or chain conversion work. Replacing a worn spacer at the same time as the transmission seal can help prevent recurring leaks and reduce the need to disassemble the drivetrain again.

Fitment

Harley-Davidson Big Twin: Fits compatible 1994-2006 Big Twin models.

Dyna: Fits compatible 1994-2005 Dyna models. Does not fit 2006 Dyna applications.

Softail: Fits compatible 1994-2006 Softail models equipped with the applicable transmission sprocket or pulley spacer configuration.

Touring: Fits compatible 1994-2006 Touring models including select Road King, Electra Glide, Road Glide and related applications.

Sportster: Fits compatible 1994-2006 XL Sportster models using the applicable transmission spacer configuration.

OEM Replacement: Replaces Harley-Davidson OEM #33344-94.
