We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Each purchase made in Continental United States (that's every state but Hawaii and Alaska) includes fast, Free Standard Shipping via either USPS or UPS Shipping.

Are you unhappy with the item or simply just changed your mind? Every product purchased on www.getlowered.com is covered by a 45-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy which means if you're not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you can send it back to us.

Returns must be in new, unused condition and include all original product boxes or packaging with all tags still attached. If the item was shrink-wrapped or sealed then it must also be unopened.
You should expect to receive your refund within 48-72 hours after we receive the item back.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You are responsible for all shipping costs involved with getting your item back to us. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a full refund, and then place a new order the other item. This allows you to check the inventory level on the new item, and you will receive your item much quicker.
